In this section of the exposition we would like to recall several unforgettable cars from the late 20th century, which have become symbols of this era; here, we investigate the causes and reasons behind their popularity. These are vehicle that have been worshipped and glorified through generations, thanks to their splendid dynamics, design and commercial success – or contrariwise, their lack of merit and even comfort.
Most notably, this cult status is characterized by one of the all time most popular and most produced cars in the world – the humble Volkswagen “Beetle”.
